Tigers
And bears oh my!
Today we visited the San Diego Zoo. What an amazing place! The zoo is truly world class. I was able to get some great pictures as well.
After the zoo we visited the USS Midway. We were able to walk around on the deck and see examples of some of the planes that have been flown by the military. Pretty neat piece of history (and a museum I haven't visited before)
Then we jumped on the ferry to take a tour of the area around Coronado Island. Our tour guide was quite knowledgeable! As an added bonus it was nice to sit for awhile too...
The last stop was Seaport Village. Cute shops but I'm kind of glad I didn't make a separate trip out there. After that it was finally time to go back to the hotel. What a busy day!
