New Year's New Resolutions (Part 1)

So I know it is not the new year yet, but I completed one of the things on my list and I'm going to go ahead and count it. I tried Sushi yesterday! They were sampling sushi at Costco when I went there to pick up a few things. I walked by it the first time and didn't stop; I was a little intimidated (okay don't laugh). I circled back around and grabbed a piece. It was pretty good! I would still like to go to a restaurant for an authentic experience but at least I can say I've tried it.
